In their words

Flawless execution from start to finish! The students absolutely loved the experience, especially the exchange with French students and the cooking workshop. A brilliant trip!

We were particularly impressed by the attention given to safeguarding. A special mention to our wonderful guide, Emilie, who showed us a completely different side of Paris.

The programme was incredibly varied, offering far more than we expected for the price. Having a dedicated point of contact throughout the trip was a huge reassurance.
Safeguarding
Safety is planned, checked and logged
How we prepare, run and review every stay, for teachers, heads and tour operators.
Before the trip
- Accommodation pre-approved for school groups and STF-compliant: a single bed per student, en-suite bathrooms, no balconies, a teacher on every floor where students sleep
- Written risk assessment for each venue, activity and supplier, available on request
- Licensed and insured coach companies
- Staff and guides background-checked and trained in safeguarding
- Medical, allergy and dietary needs collected before arrival and shared with each venue
- Pre-trip visit available for group leaders
During the trip
- A Lens & Limon coordinator for each group, with a 24/7 emergency number
- Head counts and a meeting-point procedure on every outing
- Incident plan, with local hospitals and emergency numbers in the group leader pack
- Group leaders told straight away of any change to the programme
After the trip
- Incidents logged, reviewed and followed up
- Feedback from group leaders after each stay
- Annual review of suppliers, venues and procedures
