We collect only the information we need to answer your requests and organise your trips. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you fill in a quote form: your name, role, school or company, email address, phone number, the dates and size of your group, and any details you choose to share in the message field.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To organise and run your trip if you book with us (performance of a contract).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Our team, and the service providers that host this website and its forms (Netlify, Inc.). When we organise a trip, we share the details strictly needed with the accommodation, transport and activity providers involved.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted three years after our last contact. Booking records are kept for the period required by French accounting law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to hello@lensandlimon.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
